30-Day Returns
- Customers can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Please contact support before returning the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or provide a refund at no additional cost.
- Send an email to homewardgoodsco@gmail.com and provide photos of the damaged item in your email.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened pet food or treats
- Perishable products
- Personalized/customized items
- Hygiene-related products that have been used
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval.
